1 Corinthians 13:5 says love keeps no record of wrongs, so why do some of us as believers of Messiah are still saying “I forgive you but I’ll never forget what you did or said to me.” That’s keeping a record and YHWH requires us to forgive others as He forgives us (Colossians 3:13). When God forgives us He remembers our sins no more (Hebrews 8:12) so do we keep holding on to the wrongs that have been done to us.

It’s time to let go and be completed healed of that hurt, Jesus want’s to remove that band aid you have on it and completely heal it without a scare.

Psalm 103:12
“He has removed our sins from us as far as the east is from the west.”

Proverbs 10:12
“Hatred stirs up quarrels, but love covers all offenses.”

Proverbs 19:11
“People with good sense restrain their anger; they earn esteem by overlooking wrongs.”

God’s Principles Of Forgiveness:

Matthew 18:21-22
“Then Peter came to him and asked, “Lord, how often should I forgive someone who sins against me? Seven times?” “No!” Jesus replied, “seventy times seven!”

Luke 6:37
“…..If you forgive others, you will be forgiven.”

Matthew 6:14 Aramaic Bible
“For if you forgive the children of men their faults, your Father who is in Heaven will also forgive you your faults.”

Mark 11:25
“But when you are praying, first forgive anyone you are holding a grudge against, so that your Father in heaven will forgive your sins, too.”
